هل أنت .. شفافي؟!

لا أقول إن الشفافية هي ضرب من حداثة العصر ومحدثاته التي أصبحت على لسان مثقفي الأمة وبالذات من يكون لهم تأثير خطابي أو اجتماعي أو الرغبة في حشد أكبر عدد من المؤيدين لهذا أو ذاك. فقد شهدنا في هذه الفترة من عمر الأمة التشدق بلفظة الشفافية وكأنها السحر المطلوب لعذب الكلام ولحلاوته ولأن المستمع يريد المزيد منها، فهو يتطلع لسماع ما يقوله المتكلم خصوصاً عندما تتناثر حبات اللؤلؤ والتي من ورائها يرى الشفافية كما تطرب لها أذناه، ومن المؤسف أن هذه الكلمة (الدخيلة) أو لتخفيف المعنى وليس (المعني). نقول (الجديدة) قد تحمل أفكاراً وأهدافاً لها تأثيرها البالغ في حياتنا. فتجد السياسي يتحدث عن الشفافية وهو أبعد ما يكون عنها لأنها لم ولن تعطي حقيقة أقواله ما دام أن هناك (لعبة أمم) بنيت مدرستها على مبادىء (الدهاء السياسي). وأقرب مثال على ذلك ما نشهده من فشل لوعود حكومة بوش في إنشاء دولة فلسطين المستقلة رغم الشفافية والمصداقية التي كنا نعتقدها موجودة أثناء الاجتماعات المتكررة والزيارات الشهرية لوزيرة الخارجية الأمريكية وهي شفافية (أنا بولس) نتجرع مرارتها. أما الشفافية الاقتصادية فيكفي أن نطلع على صحفنا ونرقب المؤشرات المالية سواء في الأسهم وتصريحات المسؤولين أو في التضخم وطمـأنة مؤسسة النقد ووزارة المالية التي كلها كما يقال (عبثاً) تقع تحت مصداقية (الشفافية) هذا إذا صدقنا بهذه المصداقية والتي تذكرنا بمقولة (المنجمين) ولو صدفوا. فعلاً قد تستخدم لفظة الشفافية للخداع الاجتماعي والإنساني، وقد تذهب أو تحرق كثيراً من الأوراق العتيقة في عمرها الجديدة في مفعولها. قبل عشرين سنة لم نكن نتداول هذه الكلمة واليوم يراد لنا أن نضعها في قاموسنا اليومي وبالذات في الصحافة والتلفاز. صدق من قال: إن الشفافية هي أن ترى ما تحت الثوب ورحم الله الصحابي الجليل عمر بن الخطاب عندما قال: (لا تلبسوا نساءكم القباطى. فإنه إن لا يشف فإنه يصف). فهل نحن متبعون لإمامنا وخليفة رسولنا عليه الصلاة والسلام.
