إنَّا لِلّهِ وَإِنَّا إِلَيْهِ رَاجِعونَ والحمد لله على قضائه وقدره. رحم الله خادم الحرمين الشريفين وأسكنه الفردوس الأعلى من الجنة، إنّ فقد هذا الحاكم الذي أحب مواطنيه وبادلوه حباً بحب، لهو من المصائب التي تؤلم وتحزن هذه الأمة، حرصه الشديد على إخوانه وأبنائه وبناته من هذه البلاد التي شهدت في عهده الميمون الكثير من مشاريع الخير، وأهمها نعمة الأمن بفضل الله ثم بالقيادة الحكيمة في زمن تكالبت فيه الخطوب والأحداث من كل جانب، حتى أصبحنا بحمد الله من أفضل دول العالم أمناً وسلاماً. وشهد عهده الطفرة الهائلة في مشاريع الخير في مكة المكرمة والمدينة المنورة من توسعات للحرمين الشريفين، لما يستفيد منه شعوب العالم الإسلامي وراحتهم، لا حرمه الله أجر ما قام به لكل حاج ومعتمر. أما الجامعات والنقل ومشاريع خدمة المواطن، فهذه بحمد الله شملت العديد من المدن والقرى والهجر. رحم الله والد الشعب ومحبه والذي لفقده أثر عظيم. نرجو الله الكريم أن يوفق الملك سلمان بن عبد العزيز وولي عهده لما فيه خير الدين والدنيا، وأن يجعلهما خير خلف لخير سلف. إنّ ما عُرف عن خادم الحرمين الشريفين الملك سلمان بن عبد العزيز من حسن القيادة والإدارة والمخزون العلمي والثقافي لتاريخ وقبائل وأسر هذه البلاد، وما يتحلى به حفظه الله وولي عهده، يطمئن كل مواطن بأنّ هذه البلاد وهذا الغرس الطيب الذي أنشأه الملك عبد العزيز بن عبد الرحمن الفيصل، سوف يواصل المسيرة لكل ما فيه خدمة هذه البلاد وأهلها. ندعو الله الكريم رب العرش العظيم أن يحفظ ديننا وأمننا وبلادنا من كل مكروه، وأن يجعلنا أكثر تماسكاً وحفاظاً على ما وهبه الله سبحانه وتعالى لنا من خيرات.
