كنا ولا نزال نكرر ونقول : (إن العولمة هي استعمار بلا سلاح) . وإن الحذر والحيطة يجب أن توضع أمام أعين أهل المال والاقتصاد وأن أي نظام مالي يجب أن يرتكز على مستويات وأسس راسخة تسمح له بأن يفيد ويستفيد ومقدار فائدته يقوم على أساس عدم ضياع الحقوق أو تأثرها عند وجود أي ازمة مالية كما حصل الآن بمعنى أن أي استثمارات خارجية لأموال سواء كانت تتبع البنك المركزي (مؤسسة النقد) أو تتبع البنوك والشركات والأهالي كلها تعطى مساحة من الحرية في سحب المال أو بعضه أو توجيهه لقطاعات أخرى أي أنه لا يبقى حبيس أنظمة وشروط قد تكون سبباً لتبخره وتأثير هذه الأزمة عليه بمعنى الحذر كل الحذر من نظرية (ما جاء بسرعة سوف يذهب بسرعة) لذا فإن العولمة هي غطاء متمكن لحماية الآخرين وقت الأزمات والمشكلة أن مثل هذا الغطاء قد يسبب أزمات خانقة لصاحب المال تودي به إلى الكساد وإلى البطالة وجميعها خطر شديد على الوطن والمواطن . وأما مقدار فائدته مع الظن أن بنود أي اتفاقيات مالية وللأسف غالباً تكون من صالح الطرف الأقوى بحيث تنقل التقنية والصناعة والتطور من البلدان المتقدمة إلى البلدان النامية بحيث يكون المرتكز الاستثماري هو تنمية وتطوير المهارات البشرية الوطنية وإيجاد فرص إنتاجية داخل الوطن بمعنى تحول هذه البلاد النامية إلى بلاد صناعية ويعزز من ذلك توفر الطاقة وتوفر اليد العاملة المحتاجة إلى التدريب والتأهيل . من المؤسف أن هذا لم يحدث في بلاد الشرق الأوسط ولا يزال يعتمد في صناعته على الغرب والشرق .. لذا فإن العولمة أصبحت ضرراً واضحاً يعطي ثماره (الفاسدة) يوماً بعد يوم وأمنياتنا أن تكون هناك معلومة صادقة من صاحب القرار مثل البنوك المركزية أو مؤسسة النقد أو المختصين حتى يمكن تدارك ولو بعضاً من مؤثرات وسلبيات تطبيق العولمة على بلادنا عموماً كما أن في هذه الأزمة دروساً وعبراً يمكن الاستفادة منها لاحقاً فهل لدينا من يرصد هذه المؤثرات ويعطي النصائح ؟ . هذا ما نتمناه .
