هل التخصيص .. هروب من الواقع ؟

تعج صحفنا بين الفينة والفينة في صفحاتها الأولى بأن الوزارة الفلانية أو الجهة (الفلتانية) سوف تخضع أعمالها ومسؤولياتها تحت مظلة التخصيص ثم بقدرة قادر يكتب لهذه الفكرة الموت البطيء حتى تتلاشى أو أن تصبح من الأخبار الصحفية التي تتغنى بها الجهة لعدة سنوات أما أنت وأنا فلا يهمنا التسمية ما دام أننا سوف نجد الخدمة التي ننشدها منذ عشرات السنين.. فهل يا ترى أن ما يعلن عنه القصد منه معرفة رأي المواطن رغم جهله حتى بمعنى كلمة تخصيص هذا إذا لم يقم بتحريف وتركيب كلمات لا داعي لذكرها . وإليك خلاصة حديث لمجموعة ضمت شيباً وشباناً . الأول : ما دام أن الوزارة غير قادرة على اعتماد وتنفيذ الخدمات ما لها إلا الهروب من المسؤولية وتحميلها المواطن تحت تسمية التخصيص, (وأبشروا واللي بريال سوف يصبح بعشرة) (والله أعلم بنقاد الدراهم) . الثاني : يا أخي لا تلومهم (طقت كبودهم، من كثر الطلبات من وزارة المالية) ولكن (ام الوزارات) في (أذن طينة والأخرى عجينة). الثالث : يا أخوي العجيب في اللي تقول (ام الوزارات) ينطبق عليها المثل الشعبي (بشر العيال بجوعة أمهم) واليوم سعر برميل (النفط) 400 ريال يعني كل يوم يدخل صندق المالية أربعة مليارات ريال والدراهم فاضت من خشومهم.. وش يبون بعد. الرابع : وراك على المالية : ترى عليهم مسؤوليات وصرفيات ورواتب تشيب الراس . الخامس : يا أخي حنا ناقصين مصروفات إذا كان نصف الراتب يروح رسوم وضرائب، والباقي ما يكفي أكلي أنا وأم العيال ودستة بزران، بعد يبون يزيدون همنا بهم، أكيد الشركات اللي تقوم بالتخصيص (تبي قريشات) وتبي أرباح، وكلها على ظهرك رضيت أو أبيت . السادس : وسعوا صدركم ماهوب على كيف الوزارة (تشق وحنا نخيط) عندنا المجلس الاقتصادي الأعلى وعندنا مجلس الشورى، عندنا…. وعندنا… أكيد ما يوافقون ما دام أنهم عارفين أن 70% من المواطنين ما عندهم بيوت وأن 80 % من المواطنين يعيشون على حد الكفاف. السابع : صحيح أنكم متخلفين وعقولكم (… متحجرة) الدنيا كلها تشتغل بالتخصيص حتى الحريم ما يولدن إلا بالتخصيص.. ولو جلسنا ننتظر (ناقة صالح تقوم) وتسوي ما عليها من واجبات وخدمات سوف ننتظر (حتى الدفنة). يا جماعة خلوهم يسوون اللي يبون المهم نبي ماء وصرف صحي وخدمات بلدية ومرور ومستشفيات ومدارس وجامعات وطيران وسكة حديد ومصانع منتجات البترول وما دام أنها تفكنا من أم وبنات الوزارات ما يهم عساهم يعملون بهم. أما الثامن والأخير (شايب نصفه عايب) : قام يتفكر في اللي يهذرون وتمثل بهذا البيت: نوخت ذلولي وغنيت طربان بالخصخصة لو هي حسحست جيبي ميرا الخوف من خسخسة فلتان يوم يواعدني ويوم يخيبي ضيعتنا يا ابومحمد بين الخصخصة، والحسحسة، والخسخسة
